The following terms govern the complimentary gift offered by MC Punta Cana Realty to qualifying clients.
The benefit applies exclusively to clients who have signed the final purchase agreement and are currently in the fulfillment of their contractual obligations.
In the event of cancellation of the purchase or breach of contract by the client, the client shall automatically forfeit the right to the promotional gift.
The gift shall be valid and may be claimed within a period of one (1) year, commencing thirty (30) days after the closing of the property purchase.
The gift is personal and non-transferable. It may not be exchanged for cash or any other commercial benefit not explicitly offered by MC Punta Cana Realty.
